Breast Enlargement: Refined Bust and Décolleté Contouring

Patient's Request

The patient came in to emphasize the elegance of her figure and give her bust more defined contours. The main goal was to add soft fullness, create an alluring décolleté and fill the upper part of the breasts. It was important for her that the implants be placed so as to keep the tissues fully mobile, avoid an “artificially tight” look and achieve a supple, harmonious silhouette.

Diagnosis and Surgical Plan

During the preliminary examination, Iryna Pradosh measured the distance between the breasts and assessed the tone of the musculofascial complex and the elasticity of the skin. Based on these measurements, the following approach was approved:

• Access through an aesthetic incision in the inframammary fold;
• Creation of a dual-plane pocket under the muscle so the patient's own tissues fully cover the implant edges;
• Precise placement and centering of the implants to preserve the natural spacing and line of the breasts;
• An intradermal cosmetic suture with self-absorbing threads;
• Fitting of compression garments for proper support during early recovery.

Result

After the adaptation stage, the breasts softened completely and their contour became naturally smooth. The new shape perfectly emphasizes the proportions of the figure.
