Patient's Request
The patient was dissatisfied with the size and contour of her bust. Her main concerns were a lack of natural volume, loose tissues and a loss of fullness in the upper part of the breasts. Her main wish was to achieve a full, firm shape, accentuate the décolleté line and keep the breasts soft and natural-looking in motion.
Diagnosis and Surgical Plan
During the initial examination, Iryna Pradosh assessed the width of the chest, skin tone and the volume of glandular tissue. Based on the measurements and the desired size, the optimal implant shape and volume were selected and a treatment plan was developed:
- Pre-operative assessment and 3D modeling for precise implant selection;
- Choice of the optimal approach (in the natural fold under the breast) to conceal the future scar as well as possible;
- Creation of a submuscular pocket for secure implant placement and a natural tissue transition;
- Placement and centering of the implants to achieve symmetry;
- Microsurgical cosmetic sutures using adaptive materials;
- Post-operative monitoring and individual recommendations on wearing compression garments.
Result
After recovery and full tissue adaptation, the breasts acquired the desired shape and softness. The patient gained a proportionate bust without any sense of a foreign body or tightness.
