Diagnosis and Surgical Plan
During the examination, Iryna Pradosh determined the exact amount of tissue to correct, taking into account facial expressions and brow position. Based on the measurements, the following plan was prepared:
- Anatomical marking of the future crease within the natural fold;
- Delicate removal of excess upper eyelid skin;
- Tissue shaping to achieve complete symmetry between the left and right eye;
- Closing the incision inside the crease with a fine atraumatic suture;
- Post-operative monitoring and suture removal at the follow-up visit.
Result
